Customer Satisfaction Is Important

We here at Frontline Animal Removal are proud of our customer service ethic.

This past week we received some feedback from a customer that we’d like to share.

The following (unsolicited) letter came from a customer who was having squirrel problems.

What seemed to be a gray squirrel problem (very common) turned out to also be a flying squirrel problem (not as common).

As happens on some jobs, as more information is gathered, the solution to a customer’s nuisance animal issues comes into sharper focus.

It is then our job to communicate with the customer our proposal to professionally solve the problem.

When we communicate well with the customers and continue to connect the dots, there is usually a good result for both the customer and us as this letter illustrates:

I don’t usually write reviews online, but in this case I thought it was necessary.

After hearing critters running thru our ceiling, I called Frontline Animal Removal.  I was told by Brian it would be a few days before they came out due to the snow.

Much to my surprise Ryan was out later that day, with Brian doing a follow up call that evening.  This was my first impression of the guys that I would be working with.

After getting a quote, which was very reasonably priced I gave the go ahead.  This was just the beginning.

After catching 3 gray squirrels immediately we thought it was done.

Much to my surprise I heard more activity, I let Ryan know when he came out daily to inspect the traps.  Due to all of the snow it was unsafe for Ryan to crawl around my roof with many high peaks, which was fine with me.

Once the snow started to melt off, Ryan discovered I also had flying squirrels which is much more difficult to eliminate.

After speaking with Ryan and Brian we decide to give the go ahead to completely button up our house.

Ryan spent hours inspecting, plugging holes, reinforcing my soffits, making sure that my house would once again be critter free.

After all access points were closed up except one Ryan placed a special flying squirrel trap to force all of them out one hole and now I am very happy to report that I am squirrel free!!!

Brian and Ryan-

I had no idea what I was getting into when we bought this house in August but you put me at ease with your expertise and the reassurance that we would get those flyers out.  I really appreciate all you guys did for me and the time and effort you put in.  I hope I will continue to be critter free for the long haul but if anything should arise again I will definitely call you back (that it if you would still have me with my pain in the ass house).

Please feel free to post any, all or parts of my email.

Thanks again,

Jamie
